Terms of service

Purpose. These terms govern the sale of the “retreat” stays and the gift cards offered by Rhodora Retreats on this site.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, per person and per stay, according to the room type chosen. Payment is made online at the time of booking, using the methods offered at checkout.

What the stay includes. The price includes accommodation, all meals during the stay, the supervised sports and wellness activities, local transport during the retreat and the treats described on the stay's page. It does not include return travel to the venue, nor travel insurance.

Insurance. Travel insurance covering the sports activities practised is mandatory in order to take part. Proof of insurance will be requested before the start of the stay.

Fitness and health. The activities offered can be adapted to each participant's level. The health information provided at registration is used solely to adapt the activities and ensure the participants' safety; it is not shared with any third party and is deleted after the retreat.

Who can take part. The retreats are reserved exclusively for women of legal age.

Places. Bookings are firm, subject to the places available, in order of reservation.

Cancellation. The cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Changes by Rhodora. If a stay had to be cancelled by us (insufficient number of participants, force majeure), the amounts paid would be refunded in full, to the exclusion of any other compensation.
