Cancelling a retreat booking

You may cancel your booking at any time by writing to us at contact@rhodoraretreats.com.

If you cancel more than six weeks before the departure date, we refund the amounts paid, less the deposit, which remains non-refundable and covers the costs already committed.

If you cancel less than six weeks before the departure date, no refund is possible, as all costs (accommodation, activity supervision, meals) have already been committed to our providers.

In every case, contact us as soon as possible: we will do our best to help you, for example by seeking to pass your place on to another participant.

In accordance with article L221-28 du code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation and leisure services supplied on a specific date.

Gift cards: gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
