noun

a flower of the Alps and the Pyrenees, a symbol of nature, beauty and purity.

In the heart of the Pyrenees, in Andorra, mountains and sport have always been part of my everyday life. That is where the desire was born to create retreats that bring together what I love: movement, nature, wellbeing and sharing.

With Rhodora, I imagined retreats that go beyond traditional wellness. Living, dynamic, deeply restorative experiences where you come to move, sweat, breathe, explore and refocus.

Each retreat is designed as a true balance between

energy and calm,

effort and recovery,

discipline and pleasure.

On the programme: sports and outdoor activities, healthy balanced meals, creative moments, connections between women, and quieter times dedicated to recovery and wellbeing.

Here, there is no performance to achieve and no imposed pace. Every activity is accessible and adaptable, with particular attention paid to listening to yourself and respecting your own rhythm.

We push ourselves, sometimes beyond what we thought possible, and we slow down too. We share, we laugh, we discover and, above all, we reconnect.

Because I believe true wellbeing is not only about slowing down.

It is also about feeling fully alive.

Welcome to Rhodora.

Fanny.
